Keeping your parent safe, independent and at home

The right home care means Mom or Dad keeps their routines, their dignity and their own front door. Here is what good support looks like day to day.

  • A steady pair of hands for bathing, dressing and getting around, so the home stays safe
  • Meals, laundry, errands and rides to appointments, handled without a fuss
  • Company and conversation, so the days are not long and lonely
  • Sunday dinner that feels like a visit again, not another shift for you

You know exactly who is walking in the door.

You will never open the door to a stranger

Too often, the first time a family meets a caregiver is on the doorstep. We do it differently. Before the first visit, Heath, our co-owner and client care director, brings your Care Professional to the house and introduces them to your family in person.

If the Care Professional ever changes, we do it again. Every time.

When we ask our Care Professionals, many tell us they had never been introduced to a family like this before. For us, it is how every relationship starts.

Questions Families Ask Before Getting Started

Do you cover my area?

Our DeLand office serves families across Volusia County: DeLand, Deltona, DeBary, Orange City, Lake Helen, Osteen, Enterprise, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater and Oak Hill. That is ZIP codes 32720, 32724, 32725, 32738, 32713, 32763, 32744, 32764, 32168, 32169, 32132, 32141 and 32759. If your ZIP code is not on that list, call us anyway. We may still be able to help.

How do I know I can trust the Care Professional you send?

Because you meet them first. Every Care Professional is our own employee, screened, bonded and insured, and before the first visit our co-owner Heath brings them to the house and introduces them in person. If your regular Care Professional is ever sick or on vacation, we send a replacement and introduce them in person too.

Is there a minimum number of hours for home care?

No. We have no minimum hours per day. Book a few hours a week to start and add more as needs change, or set up a regular weekly schedule from day one.

What does home care include?

Non-medical help with daily life: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, medication reminders, respite for family caregivers, and overnight, 24-hour or live-in support. We do not provide medical or nursing care.

How much does home care cost?

It depends on how many hours you need and when you need them. The consultation is free, there is no minimum number of hours per day, and you get a clear quote once we understand the schedule, before any care is booked.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No. Our care is private pay, and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. The in-home consultation is free, and we talk through cost openly before any care is booked.

What if the Care Professional isn't the right fit?

Tell us and we will match your loved one with someone else. Whenever a new Care Professional joins the schedule, we introduce them to your family in person first, just like the first time.

Your Parent Deserves Reliable Care.
You Deserve Peace of Mind.

Most families tell us the hardest part was picking up the phone. The consultation is free, nothing is decided on the call, and you will hang up knowing your options.

No commitment required. We will walk you through everything at no cost.
